In his talk, Shane Adams will provide a comprehensive insider view of the many components necessary for a successful enterprise sale, including but not limited to: the ins and outs of RFPs, the different roles of influencers and decision-makers, the importance of framing sales as solution and ROI oriented, the need for friction in the sales pipeline and other such tactics and strategies.

About the Speaker: Shane Adams is an entrepreneur, angel investor, startup mentor, and philanthropist. He founded Sagacious Consultants, a healthcare IT consulting firm that operated in 40+ states and brought in over $50 million in annual revenue until its acquisition in 2015 by the world’s largest consulting firm, Accenture. Since moving to Austin in 2013, Shane has invested in 60+ startups, founded SLA Ventures, SLA Foundation, and two additional service firms.

Shane earned his B.S.B.A in finance and banking from the University of Missouri and reluctantly entered the health care industry when he joined the leading Electronic Health Record vendor, Epic Systems in Madison, Wisconsin.
